Your journey will start with a free informal consultation where we look at any specific targets or goals you want to achieve. It’s important for me to understand why you have made the decision to get a personal trainer and to proceed without feeling judged. I will then draw up an exercise plan that is specific to your needs that is bespoke and motivating.

I understand that life has many demands and adherence to a multi week program can be challenging. Taking breaks, dealing with illness and injury are all part of the journey that I can adapt to. If commitment is a difficulty then I am happy to do stand alone sessions on week by week basis.

1 session

£40 per hour

Your opportunity to be guided through sessions on a 1-2-1 basis. This is an ideal introduction in how to safely use weights as well as finding out new exercises, methods and techniques in the gym. You may only need to use this type of session a few times.

4 sessions

£140 block of 4 sessions (£35 per session)

This would be a suitable amount of time where I can give you some pointers having completed a movement screening. This is an ideal package for those who are already active or have a specific event that you want help with.

Ski holiday prep

With over 40 years of skiing experience, including multi-stage Alpine tours, a wealth of ski touring experience and a season guiding in Courchevel, I embrace the slopes with enthusiasm and understand how to prepare for this sport.
